Roseta, Lacey, and I went to hear George Gawrych (a Fulbright researcher in Ankara this year) speak on Ataturk at a Turkish conference of some kind (embarassingly I do not even know the event we dropped in on, but it was nearly all men in suits, save the three of us ladies in jeans!). Then we stopped at Armada for some birthday shopping for Maren. It is almost her big day!
