We finally found cheese to Maren's liking. It is called "Burger" cheese and is (thankfully) orange and a type of "American" cheese that is acceptable for grilled cheese. None of the other 3 we've tried worked.
We visited Oasis International School today and met the administration and toured the school. It is just as I had envisioned it, except maybe the dress code is a bit more strict than I was expecting. Lets just say that still more shopping is needed this weekend.
